Product Description
Expansion screws are a special type of threaded connector primarily used to secure pipeline supports or equipment to walls, floors, or columns. It consists of several parts, including countersunk bolts, expansion tubes, flat washers, spring washers, and hex nuts. The working principle of expansion screws is to use wedge-shaped slopes to promote expansion and generate frictional grip force, thereby achieving a fixed effect.
When using expansion screws, the first step is to drill holes of the corresponding size on the fixed body with an impact drill, then insert the bolt and expansion tube into the holes and tighten the nut. After tightening, the large head at the end of the bolt will expand the metal sleeve, filling the entire hole and fixing the expansion bolt to the ground or wall.
There are various grades and materials for expansion screws, among which bolts are classified into multiple grades such as 45, 50, 60, 70, 80, etc. Expansion screws have strong load-bearing capacity.
